Virtual Outplacement ™ uses internet technology which allows 1-2-1 support to be delivered in your own home via Virtual Meeting Rooms. You decide the content and the areas where help is most needed.

As you receive the support you can:

• Talk to and see the Consultant over the web, asking questions as you go along
• Work on documents together (such as you CV or Covering Letter)
• Receive set packages of support in areas such as:
• Where to Look for a New Job (including the ‘hidden’ Job Market)
• Interview Guidance (including common interview questions)
• Handling an Assessment Centre
• Interact with the Consultant as if they were sat beside you, guiding and helping you

All you need is a computer that has access to broadband.
