His background is over 20 years the the Recruitment Industry, working for the last few years as the Recruitment and Selection Director (P/T) for a major UK Events Company. In addition he was a speaker in ‘Advanced Recruitment Methodology’ at the Monster / TMP On-line Recruitment Conference, delivering both 1-2-1 and Group Outplacement Support for the last six years.
